Free Design Services
Eligibility for Free Design:
The free design service is available for projects with a minimum budget of ₹6 Lakhs. Homes exceeding 1200 sq. ft. carpet area or 3 BHK and larger do not qualify for free design and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Customers must have possession of their property within 6 months of the enquiry date.
Design Queue and Priority:
The delivery timeline for free designs depends on the current queue of requests. Customers can skip the queue by opting for paid services. Avyanna does not guarantee free designs for all requests and may delay or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances. Paid customers receive guaranteed timelines.
Avyanna’s Right to Refuse:
Avyanna reserves the right to decline any request without providing a reason.
Scope of Free Design Services:
Only one iteration of a representative 3D design based on the provided mood board will be offered for free. Free designs may not be an exact replica of the space but will reflect an accurate representation based on the details provided by the customer. Precise designs require laser measurements and are available as part of our paid services.
Additional Paid Services:
2D technical drawings, detailed layouts, and any further design iterations are considered paid services.
Use of Customer Data:
By availing of the free design service, customers consent to Avyanna sharing their project and contact details with selected interior firms to gather quotes and facilitate discussions on the customer's behalf.
Representation and Accuracy:
Designs provided as part of the free service are based on the customer’s initial inputs. For highly accurate and detailed designs suitable for execution, customers are encouraged to opt for paid services.
